Ordering, Shipping and FAQ
- Can I expect good quality jewelry pieces? Well No. I don’t make good pieces. The quality is actually amazing. I use Argentium, Thai, Sterling silver and Gold of at least 14K. I don’t use plated silver or nickel items that can cause skin irritations. Our gemstones are carefully sourced for clarity and color brilliance. You will see the difference when you receive your jewelry.
- Where are your pieces made? There are no slave labor children making these beautiful pieces for you. I live deep in the Appalachian mountains of Western Maryland and make everything myself. I do travel most of the year in my vintage RV so your jewelry pieces can be made while I’m in Yellowstone, or sitting on the beach in Santa Cruz, or right off the Allegheny Trail in West Virginia. I don’t currently have a “home studio” so the base of all operations is my 1977 GMC Kingsley.
- When can I expect my purchase to arrive? Most purchases ship within 3 business days and our standard shipping is by USPS priority mail (Yes I support the best postal service system in the world!) so it arrives to most US locations within 4 days. You will receive tracking information with all shipments. You are always welcome to upgrade your shipping at checkout to USPS express or Fed Ex shipping options including overnight express for an additional fee. Custom designed items are made to order and can take 5-30 business days depending on availability of materials and size of the piece/project . I always communicate with you directly on time frames for custom work.
- Do you sell Wholesale? Yes I do. If you would like to add my work to your store I’m happy to work with you. You can choose your favorite items or I can put together an order for you with our top sellers. - Do you sell at Art Fairs and shows? I’ve been a professional artist all my life and did the show circuit for over ten years. Although I loved meeting new people in person every month and traveling to the shows the show circuit isn’t the same as it was many years ago. Between the costs and time involved in doing shows I can actually create and help more customers online and sell my products at a better price by not doing Art Fairs. I may in the future do them again but currently my website is the best place to find my artwork.
ORDERING & AVAILABILITY:
Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. All pieces come in a signature gift box. Please let me know at checkout if you need a gift bag and tissue paper for gift giving.

Custom color combinations and designs are available via request. Custom pieces take 5-21 business days to make and ship.

THE PROCESS:
Each piece is meticulously designed and crafted individuality so that stones and colors shine together. Because of the nature of handmade items there are slight variations from piece to piece. It's what makes all of us and all of my work unique and special.

ARGENTIUM SILVER:
We choose Argentium silver in our artwork whenever possible. Traditional sterling silver contains copper that both causes many wearers skin irritation and it increases the tarnishing of the metal. Argentium Silver has a higher silver content then sterling and uses a metal alloy know as germanium instead of copper. Germanium is very hypoallergenic to sensitive skin and it resists tarnish so cleaning of your jewelry is easier.
